Mobile provides telecom assistance and guidance services over the phone. We do not sell smartphones, wireless plans, or carrier services directly. Any device purchase, upgrade, or plan enrollment is made with the respective wireless carrier or retailer and is subject to their own refund and cancellation policies.
Cancellation of Assistance Services
You may cancel a scheduled assistance call or stop using our service at any time, at no cost. Simply do not proceed with the call, or notify us at Info@mobile.site.
Refunds
Our phone consultations and informational services are provided free of charge. Because no payment is collected by Mobile for telecom assistance, no refunds apply from us.
If you paid for a device, plan, or service through a third party (such as a wireless carrier or retailer), please contact that provider directly for refund or cancellation requests according to their policy.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at Info@mobile.site or (888) 774-0127 so we can help direct you to the correct party.
